- ·One night deposit charged at booking
- ·Cancel 6+ weeks before arrival: refund - $35 processing fee
- ·Cancel less than 6 weeks before: deposit forfeited
- ·Cancel within 3 days of arrival: full stay charged
Shoulder Season
May, June & September 11–30
- ·One night deposit charged at booking
- ·Cancel 2+ weeks before arrival: deposit refunded - $35 processing fee
- ·Cancel less than 2 weeks before: deposit forfeited
- ·Cancel less than 48 hours before: full stay charged
Off Season
October – April
- ·No deposit required; valid credit card secures reservation
- ·Cancel 48+ hours before arrival: no charge
- ·Cancel less than 48 hours before: one night charged
Statutory Holidays

- ·One night deposit charged at booking
- ·Remaining balance charged 7 days prior and is non-refundable
- ·Cancel 6+ weeks before arrival: deposit refunded minus $35 fee
