Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Summer Season (July/Aug/Sept 1-11)
One night deposit at time of booking will be charged to your credit card. Balance payable at check in. Cancellation is 6 weeks prior to arrival. Less than 6 weeks, one night deposit will be forfeited. More than 6 weeks – deposit is refunded minus a $20.00 (twenty dollars) processing fee. Cancellation less than 3 days prior to arrival, full payment for the stay will be charged to your credit card.

Cancellation Shoulder Season (May/June)&(Sept 11-31)
One night deposit required at booking. Balance payable at check in. Cancellation is 2 weeks prior to arrival. Less than two weeks, one night deposit will be forfeited. More than 2 weeks – deposit is refunded minus a $20.00 (twenty dollars) processing fee. Less than 48 hours cancellation, total stay will be charged to your credit card.

Cancellation Off Season(Oct/April)
No deposit required but a valid credit card to secure reservation is needed. Cancellation is 48 hours prior to arrival. Less than 48 hours, one night charged to your credit card.

Cancellation Policy for stat Holiday
One night deposit is required. Balance payable at check in. Cancellation is 2 weeks prior to arrival. Less than two weeks, one night charge will be forfeited. Less than 72 hours cancellation, total stay will be charged to your credit card.
